Limited 1-Year Warranty

Mag-Torch^® warrants to the original purchasers that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident or other misuse, or which fails to operate due to normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way by anyone other than Mag-Torch.

To make a claim under this Limited One Year Warranty, contact any Mag-Torch retailer or Mag-Torch customer service directly at MagTorch@worthingtonindustries.com. A representative will assist you. Please provide proof of date of purchase when making a claim.

Mag-Torch makes no other warranties concerning the product and limits any implied warranties to the length of this Limited One Year Warranty. In no event shall Mag-Torch be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the able limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary state to state.
